Matt Epstein

Matt began investing in and selling real estate in the Los Angeles area in the 1980's. Prior to pursuing a full-time career in the real estate field, he founded and developed one of Southern California's largest direct marketing and fulfillment companies. In 1995, he sold his interest in that company to concentrate solely on property investments and real estate sales. At that time, Matt also co-formed the real estate team that grew to be known as Powerhouse Partners one of the #1 real estate teams in the Southern San Fernando Valley. Powerhouse partners consist of over 2 dozen seasoned full time agents and 2 full time skilled and experienced staff members.

Since his real estate start up, Matt has personally brokered over 1000 real estate property transactions representing approximately $600 million in completed sales. Matt consistently ranks in the top 1% company wide and is a Luxury Property Specialist.

In 2000, then-Mayor Richard Riordan appointed Matt to serve on the South Valley Planning Commission for the City of Los Angeles. Recently, Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa asked him to assume the presidency of the commission. In this role, Matt presides over hearings and provides oversight and review of cases on planning matters in the San Fernando Valley. He is considered an authority on zoning and entitlement issues. Matt has been vice president of the Sherman Oaks Homeowners Association since 1995. He has also served on the executive board of directors for We Spark, a cancer support center in Sherman Oaks.

Jill Krutchik

Cricket Yee

Cricket Yee is a real estate investor who decided to become an agent when she realized she was talking about the housing market all day, every day. Some people have their passion in sculpture or music or saving the whales--she loves real estate!  
Cricket has very unique experience in real estate. Before becoming a real estate agent, she worked as an assistant to an engineer-- measuring land, pulling permits and working with builders on high and low-end homes alike. Deciding to become a real estate agent in 2007, she trained under a high volume foreclosure agent, and got a front seat to the real estate crash and witnessed the effect it had on families and landlords. And as owner of rental properties herself, she has a unique perspective on being both a buyer and a seller, a renter and a landlord. From credit checks to evictions, permits to code violations, she has experience with all aspects of real estate-land deals, probates, auctions, foreclosures, and short sales.  
She has lived in the eastern San Fernando Valley over 15 years and specializes in NoHo Arts, Valley Village, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Toluca Lake, Burbank and surrounding areas. She started her career in Los Feliz, so knows Silver Lake, Atwater Village and the communities to the east of there well.

Combining his family history in real estate with insights gained from his sociology schooling at UCSB, Nathan Braid has the ideal combination of knowledge and training to guide clients through today's complex real estate market. Nathan's family background has been in land development as well as both residential and commercial real estate. Now, Nathan leverages that experience as a member of the PowerHouse Partners team, one of LA's largest and most successful residential real estate teams.

Nathan's goal in each transaction is to guide his clients through what can be a challenging process in a calm and professional manner while supplying his buyers and sellers with all relevant information they will need to make informed and sound decisions. Through his style of communication, Nathan is able to ease much of the stress that his clients may feel while they deal with buying or selling a home. His ability to evaluate both the real estate aspect and the human aspect enables Nathan to navigate each situation and find alternatives to even the most complex problem.

In his free time, Nathan loves to take long-distance motorcycle rides, attend car shows, and drive the many canyon roads in Southern California. Also, he supports the UCSB Annual Fund, which benefits various programs on campus and in the Santa Barbara and Goleta communities.

Grace's passion for real estate began in high school while assisting a top agent in the San Gabriel Valley. Since then, Grace went on to earn her degree in Business and Marketing with a minor in Business Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.  

She began her career in market and consumer research, where she honed her skills in understanding the needs of consumers and deciphering market trends. During her 10+ years in marketing research, Grace also developed strong relationships with her clients, including top executives of Fortune 500 companies, and was responsible for bringing in over $1.5 million in sales by being a true partner to her clients. Grace brings this same dedication and empathy to her clients in her real estate practice in order to help them achieve their dreams of home ownership.  

Growing up in the San Gabriel Valley, Grace has become very familiar with the neighborhoods, schools, and hot spots. In 2010, a new journey in Grace's life brought her to the San Fernando Valley. Since then she has been soaking up the San Fernando Valley, getting to know the market and, most importantly, the food! Grace thinks of both the San Gabriel Valley and the San Fernando Valley as home, so she is a true valley girl at heart! Outside of the valleys, Grace works throughout L.A. County and parts of Orange County.  

Grace is very down to earth, honest, and loyal - qualities of any great agent! Grace has impeccable work ethic and understands the hard work and dedication necessary to meet her clients' needs.

Alison Graubard Turner

Alison has been involved in the real estate industry as an attorney litigating construction, landlord-tenant and real estate transaction lawsuits, as well as investing in and renovating single and multi-family homes for more than 10 years. Her passion for real estate and a true desire to help people realize their dreams of home ownership brought her to become a licensed realtor. 

Alison received her bachelor's degree from Boston College with honors, and a law degree from Southwestern University in Los Angeles. It was during her time in law school that she fell in love with Los Angeles, and decided to make Los Angeles her home permanently. After graduating, she began practicing as a litigator in the construction industry, which has been her area of practice for the past ten years during which she became a partner in the law firm. Her experience as a litigator has honed her skills in negotiating, issue resolving, and placing her clients in the best financial position possible. 

Alison has also developed skills in marketing and interior design during her more than 10 years in real estate investment and renovation. She is a very hard working, motivated individual who will make sure that all of the needs and desires of her clients are met through attentiveness and perseverance. 

Alison has resided in West Hollywood, Beverlywood, and Mid-Los Angeles over the past decade, and has a vast knowledge of the areas. Alison, her husband, and twin toddlers currently reside in Studio City. She is highly involved in her community, and is very knowledgeable about schools, activities, parks, and restaurants. She is available to help you with all of your real estate needs throughout Los Angeles.

Ian Reed

My career in the real estate profession began 30 years ago as a manager of income properties. I have bought, remodeled, staged, and sold many homes and have extensive experience with the nuances of residential real estate negotiations and transactions.

I believe that buying or selling a home is more than a business deal. For most of my customers, it's a dream, a statement about themselves, an investment and a major life commitment all rolled into one. I understand that the deal can hinge on many variables and know how to navigate through the pitfalls of the Real Estate purchase process.

Since joining as a member of Powerhouse Partners in 2015 we have become the leading residential Real Estate Team in the San Fernando Valley with over 1/2 billion dollars in sales over the past 3 years. Our team is a great source of highly qualified buyers and off market properties. We also are a brain trust of real estate experience that is unparalleled in our market. We work as a team to build up one another's sales and when necessary problem solve with each other to help difficult deals close smoothly.

I attended Pitzer College in Claremont where I received a degree in economics and international relations and have traveled extensively. I have lived in New York, Chicago, Paris, Hawaii, but fell in love with Los Angeles as a young man at college and value the city for its diversity of neighborhoods, culture, arts, and nature.

I have a passion for helping buyers find their dream home and for helping sellers realize the full value of their property and uses the principles of "service", "presentation", "knowledge", "negotiation" and "communication" to do so.
